When you submit an agency listing or write a review, we collect the information you provide: name, email, company name, and the content of your submission. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
Agency listing information is used to display your profile in our directory. Review information (name and company) is displayed publicly alongside your review; your email is used for verification only and is not displayed. Server log data is used for security monitoring and aggregate analytics.
We use a minimal analytics pixel to understand site traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties. You can disable analytics by using a browser extension that blocks tracking pixels.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers necessary to operate the site (hosting, database, payment processing via Stripe). Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. We do not share data with advertisers.
You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@agencyradar.polsia.app. Agency listings can be removed upon request from the agency owner.
